Excellent help received

On Friday of this week the rain was pouring when I started my journey. As I touched the accelerator alarms started to ping! The dash said it was an open door. All doors checked all closed but still the ping. The electrics kept wanting the handbrake to be on! I called into Richard Sanders, Northampton. Here I was given a warm welcome by Jade and Little Ashley came to assist me. He was fantastic when I explained my dilemma. He knew exactly what had happened, He walked to my car with me, looked at the inside of the door and told me, " you've caught your seat belt in the door". I had. It had left a tiny dent that meant the sensor thought the door was open. He gave me a solution that was a quick fix and cost me £2 from a store. It worked. I think little Ashley treated me with dignity and respect. That doesn't always happen when you're a female dealing with mechanical or technical problems. The fact he didn't give me a hard sell on a potential repair was excellent and makes me want to stay loyal to Renault and this branch and to recommend the service department. Massive thanks to Little Ashley for excellent customer service and for being professional, friendly and extremely helpful. (NB Ashley is KNOWN as little Ashley)
