Macklin Motors - Hyundai Edinburgh West

I purchased a factory order I20N from Macklin Motors - Hyundai Edinburgh West on 03/03/23. I was initially delighted with the car and was assured by the salesman that if any issue arose, I should contact him immediately. On finding a minor dent/panel distortion in the bonnet on 15/03/23, I did so and asked for advice. I supplied a photograph of the car from the day of delivery in which the distortion is present and also a video clip as the dent is very minor. I was told by the salesman that he would contact his manager and be in touch over the weekend. I have not received any contact from Macklin Motors despite asking for an update on two occasions via email over the last two weeks. I feel let down as I have been a customer of Macklin Motors (Glasgow Kennishead) for 8 years and have always received excellent service. I consider ignoring a customers emails to be highly unprofessional and would not recommend this particular branch of Macklin Motors.
