My car died on me on Saturday 25th & having searched online I saw one these people where selling. I rang them same day & was told if I placed a £200 deposit they'd put car through its MOT on the Monday 27th. Rang them Tuesday & they said car had only just been taken for mot. Rang Wednesday car had failed the mot. Told them I couldn't be messed around any longer as I live in a village with no bus service & was struggling to get to & from work. I asked for my deposit back as with only ever seeing pictures on their website I'm covered by the distance selling laws. He's refused up to now to refund me saying he's had to turn people away because I was interested? Not sure on how true that is because it's been one excuse after another with these people, but still doesn't alter the fact that I've never viewed the car in person & only ever seen pictures online so therefore have a 14 day cooling off period irrespective of what the dealer has or hasn't lost in the way of another sale on this motor. So anyone thinking of buying from these people be very very careful
