Unprofessional and behind the times

They communicated with me constantly using a btconnect free email address. Very unprofessional and behind the times. There are 3 people working there and each of them are very bad at admin and also extremely arrogant. I had a business to business arrangement with AutoRoute and found them incredibly slow, and difficult to explain basic things to over the phone and by email. When one of the directors didn't get his way, he started making accusing and agressive statements by email. I would encourage anyone looking for the kind of vehicle services offered by this company to go elsewhere. They buy cars at auction that have import/history problems and then they can't manage to sort these problems out.
