Ripping off customers
I would like to make a complaint about my recent service done from Johnson’s Skoda Birmingham on 23rd of March, after service I refuelled the tank on 27th of March and found that the fuel gauge was not showing the correct level of the fuel as the fuel tank was full and it was showing the old remaining miles range, I called Johnson’s Skoda Birmingham and explain what happened with the vehicle during the service they simply refused to take the responsibility and wanted me to bring the car for investigation I asked them if they will charge for the investigation they said yes we will charge for the investigation I didn’t not agree with that since I knew fuel gauge was working fine before the service, I visited today on 29th March Johnson’s Skoda Birmingham and explain everything they again refused to take the responsibility and wanted me to pay £150 an hour for the investigation this is simply ripping off to the customers just to make extra money, can somebody please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible.
