Atrocious in every way

Atrocious in every way. This garage/dealership/racket is so poor. I wish I had looked on the reviews before buying. Bought a £12,000 car in Feb, 8 weeks later breaks down whilst on holiday 110miles way from home. Take it to a local garage and it's the charge pressure actuator. Car cannot run without it so they fortunately replace same day. Call Wembley as it's still under warranty to repeatedly be told I will get a call back in 5mins. Finally after being told a "mechanic" will need to call me back, a man who calls himself the director calls me. He attempts to claim the warranty would only cover engine/gearbox faults or break downs if I take it to their garage. They are in North London and the car had broken down in Bedford. I explained why this was not possible and he becomes extremely hostile and aggressive. He continues to say over and over "with all due respect sir" whilst claiming I should have called them that evening and they would have had it towed down the M1 to Watford and fixed it. Ridiculous is an under statement. I explain I am holding my paperwork with the warranty and there is not a single mention of needing to return this to them for repairs. He again becomes further hostile raising his voice and stating "go on then, take me to court". He seems to calm down when I tell him I am recording the call and tries to offer a £150 "goodwill gesture" the repairs have cost me £386.16 and that I wanted to make a claim on the warranty for this. He then repeatedly refuses to give me his name and finally gives me what I assume is a fake name. This garage is so poor, very poor customer service, refusing to honour warranties even for relatively minor issues considering the car cost almost 13 grand. So now I have to start the process of taking Wembley prestige motors to small claims court. I work in court and from my experience this fortunately is an open and shut case which will cost them a lot more in the long term. Than just simply honouring their warranty. Best avoided, highly suspect "business practices" and terrible customer service. Verging on illegal
