Shortly after purchasing it had an issue with the gears, they were happy to try and resolve but the car was in the garage more than I had it. At one point it was in for 3 weeks and no job card could be provided for the work and a staff member told me it hadn't been touched. Several repairs were carried out which did resolve some of the problems but it still has issues with the gears.This issue went on for several months and head office were involved. After several phone calls even head office wouldn't do anything. They advised going to the motor ombudsman who is currently dealing with it. The branch has refused to do anything else to try and resolve the fault as they say they can't anything wrong with it. I have produced reports from other independent garages suggesting what the issues are. I tried taking the car to another branch but was told my vehicle is banned and the System says not to book it in! ( EVEN THOUGH IT STILL HAS A WARRANTY) I have dealt with every staff member , managment and several emails from Gary Tissiman who did offer to buy the car back minus mileage but he has refused to do any further work on the gears. Really disappointed and feel I have been lied to and not listened to, there is an issue with this car and hopefully the ombudsman will make sure it gets sorted
