Ordered pur car last year June. Arrived last week, Understandably the shortage of electonic chips and other high specs of technology has contributed to this. No complaints here, we understand how the new norm, after Brexit works! AJ. has kept us informed every step of the way about the car 🚗, its whereabouts, etc. AJ is very professional, knowledgeable, aproachable and he makes himself available at times other car dealers probably won't. He offered us a great finance deal on the car purchase, good price on the part exchange traded in( another rav 4 hybrid self charging). Also he explained very skilfully all the extras that were worth having, in terms of insurance and car upgrades ( thank you for the coating treatment exterior + interior). This is our 5th toyota car we own ( and the 4th we bought from this same dealer over the years) and we could not be any happier about the quality of craftsmanship of Toyota, their aftercare plans,service plans, extras in terms of maintenance and car aesthetics.
