So upset by it all

I was always told if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it however I have tried every avenue for someone to fix or replace my car. My car has been faulty for years to the point I am hesitant to use it. I have been told it is fixed again and again and it’s not. A brand new seat failed its first MOT with 400 miles on it the windscreen is faulty and it literally rains in side when it heats up, the keys don’t unlock the car and sometimes won’t start it. I went there for a new car and was given a filthy car to test drive tuna sandwich, scotch eggs and dirt everywhere it smelt and felt horrible to sit in around all the mess. Couldn’t look inside showroom car as they lost the keys, was promised what ever it took to sell me the car but they never followed through with the promises. It’s nearly 10 months later and I haven’t received the car ordered and was told what do I expect ordering the car I did. All the way through dealing with CMC they have treated me with little respect and by gender to the point they mainly talk to the male and he has to say it her that’s buying it. (As I took a male friend with me) I am still in a situation where my car on order, I’m still waiting for and I’m paying for a car I can’t use properly which they will take back and sell on to someone else that knows nothing about the situation Would definitely not recommend CMC Harlow
