Sahibzada
unprofessional ,greedy and Street garage
It is with regret that I must inform the public of my unfortunate experience with Peugeot research garage Their sales representative, James, exhibited a level of aggression that was entirely inappropriate and pressurized me into purchasing a vehicle that was not even on site. He misled me with fake images of the car, and upon my arrival for collection, I discovered it was in a poor condition, marked with chips, and scratches all over. I asked James to ensure the vehicle was top-notch valeted and to take care of any damage or scratches. He readily agreed, but upon collection, it was apparent he had performed a haphazard, substandard job. When I noted a small crack in the windshield mirror, James refused to take responsibility and suggested I purchase a new vehicle if I was concerned. He failed to inform me of my rights as a consumer and left me feeling disheartened and misled. As a business owner myself, I was left in a precarious situation, as my insurance provider required me to arrange for my own van, else they would take my hire van. I placed my trust in James and the dealership, believing they would support me in my purchase. Alas, my trust was misplaced. James' conduct was that of a street garage, and his promises were entirely hollow. After reporting the issue, the owner of peugot research garage promised to send me £20 to cover the cost of a self-treatment kit. However, it has been a month, and I have received neither the kit nor a courtesy call from the dealership. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I implore the public to heed my warning and to exercise caution when dealing with peugot Hinckley research garage . They are not to be trusted, and their conduct is deceptive and unprofessional. I will be sharing my experience on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Yell, and all relevant forums and webpages to ensure others do not fall prey to this rogue dealership.
