I bought a Mondeo from Velvis which they had taken in part exchange fir another car they sold. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and their honest and friendly approach was the deciding factor. After a couple of weeks the air con stopped working but this was no problem for them, they even loaned me a car whilst mine was repaired without any fuss. I would definitely recommend Velvis to my friends and family
