5 star service from manager Malcolm. Call me back as promised, offered immediate repair same day, provided refreshments whilst colleagues fixed the tyre, within an hour - brilliant. Helped me update the Lexus App and explained the service plan benefits. First experience of Lexus service exceeded my expectations, well done Malcom.
