Quite frankly the worst service I have ever had to endure on such an important purchase. The tale of all the problems is too long but one of the appalling misrepresentations was the installation of DVD screens and an ipod connector. We thought these would be Lexus approved but they were sourced and fitted externally. They are nextbase DVD units and a £50 add in ipod connector. They charged £750 plus VAT for these if we had known they were not Lexus approved we would have got these fitted ourselves at a lesser cost at Halfords. We were completely ripped off and frankly these guys do not deserve the Lexus brand. The contrast between them and the service you receive at say Lexus Lincoln is astonishing.
