Not to be trusted

Had work done to car made it worse than it was ....on one occasion was left for 3 weeks.with out getting seen to ....when picked it up told me lies saying they fixed it ......this only came alight when one of the Technicians who work there told me it never got worked on .....and to top it all I still have a Warranty on the car and Mr Gary Tissiman has banned me from getting any more work done .....I have informed the moto ombudsman and Traded standards so hopefully they will sort it .......
