Might as well be online sales only

We had thought that our search had concluded with the appointment we had with the sales team and the purchasing of the car. The main reason for choosing a well known garage is for the reputation but unfortunately this has been trashed by our treatment. If we had known that they put your face to face customers in competition with online sales (Cinch) then we would never have made the journey from Folkestone and spend one and half hours with your sales person.
