My personal review of EMG Spalding

I recently travelled 180 miles on a round trip to view and hopefully buy a car from EMG Spalding, before doing so I asked for a detailed warts and all video viewing of the car so I didn't waste time travelling all that way, the salesperson provided the video which showed everything or so I thought, I travelled down on the strength of the video only to find the salesperson (Lance) had missed showing me the one thing that would have saved me from the journey, which was a dent and a deep scratch on the bonnet, I asked why it hadn't been included in the video, to be told he hadn't seen it, I asked if it could be repaired and they flatly refused and wouldn't even compromise with a small discount and I would share the cost of repair, the Manager even said he couldn't see the dent/scratch at first which was even more amazing, the rear windows switch was also faulty which they agreed they would pay for if I got it sorted, I am totally disgusted by their unhelpful attitude, the worst thing is they let me drive 180 miles for nothing and spend 6 hours wasting my time. I would never recommend this company to anybody. All this could and should have been avoided by telling the truth or fixing the problem I hope this helps other people to not waste their time and money dealing with this company.
