Sales brilliant, aftercare awful

Bletchley Hyundai fantastic service if you want to buy a car but when you have a problem it's a different story #buyerbeware I went there at 12.15 as the brand new car collected last Friday for my 90 year old Mother is very dangerous pulling away from roundabouts which there is a lot of in Milton Keynes. No technician available until 2pm, drive the full length of Milton Keynes to comeback only to be told all Technicians are in a meeting and to come back at 4pm which isn't convenient. Wasted nearly 2 hours of my time like I haven't got anything better to do. ABSOLUTELY FUMING
