Poor customer service

I bought my fiat at this garage from new. I broke down and the AA bought me here, as the garage that had serviced it. After a week of calling every day for an update on what was wrong and the cost involved. We contacted head office, we were then told it was due to be looked at in 2 weeks time! After arranging another garage to see it for me, the service managed then says they couldn’t look at it anyway until mid April and by the watt hey are not fiat any more! I will never buy from them again or recommend them .
