shockingly high Brakepad quote

I recently took my car to a BMW dealership for a recall service. Unfortunately, the service was delayed by two days due to some fault on their end. Additionally, when I received the initial quote for fixing the brake pad, it was shockingly high. Upon enquiring with the representative, I was told it was just a typo. However, I can't help but feel cheated, especially since the actual price was one-third of what was initially quoted. Thank god didnt go ahead with the actual quote. To make matters worse, I had specifically requested an engine oil change, but it was not done. While the service was eventually completed, I was disappointed to find that both front wheels were black and dirty, which was not the case when I dropped off the car. Overall, my experience with this dealership was not up to my expectations. I would caution others to be wary of their pricing and to double-check everything before agreeing to any repairs or services. In conclusion, I would not recommend this BMW dealership based on my recent experience.
