16 March 2023 I arrived at Lookers Renault, Stockport at 07.45 and was greeted by Paul A. He was very pleasant and efficient. He checked with meall the things that were to be done and pointed out where I could wait and the drinks machine as I was waiting for the work to be completed. He kept me informed as to the progress of the various works being done. All the work was completed very quickly and Paul explained everything to me and took the necessary costs outstanding. He then recorded me to my car and even gave me a lesson on how to use my Iphone. It was an all round good impression of my morning at Lookers Stockport. It was a pleasure being dealt with by a very professional Paul A. Thank you. Bill J
