car bought under impression that mot had just been done-was actually due 5 months later offered to do the mot but very difficult to arrange so decided to leave this 3 weeks of having car, driven max 3 times a week. dashboard lights come on for catalytic converter, gen failure and auto start stop not avaliable texted as late in evening, called me saying is it not rude to text this time of the day, bring car in later that week, needed car asap so took to kwikfit told wrong battery in car for auto start/stop codes also showing for cylinder misfire, as well as temp too high in multiple cylinders and lambda signal too low, car had no power over 40mph told seller of this and told to driver the car (30 miles away) a week later as that is when he could fit it in and he would fix 2 days later of being told to bring car in, he called me to say he would need to take the car back and would be charging usuage, change of ownership but he needed a week to get the funds (car bought for 4.4k) called a week later and told no funds, I am also charging for valeting and the v5c is needed This is my first car and I have little knowledge of v5c, contacted dvla and told he never sent the application for this called back when he said to call and he has blocked my mobile number, my mothers and also the landline
