I have never came across a more dodgy car sales than this. Avoid at all costs. They’re not worthy of your money. Purchased a Renault, the advert said it has a full service history. The service history has not been provided despite being told it was left on the passengers seat in the car. When delivered, it was not there. 15 days later, no service history has been provided. They drove the car illegally several times during which it was not taxed before selling and then the buyer had to tax the vehicle themselves. The vehicle was advertised as having a sat nav that works. It arrived and does not work at all. The dealer has no idea how to fix suggesting it requires an SD card. It actually requires an update via a USB however the point is that it was sold as fully working. Only one set of keys supplied. No explanation where the second set is. Rear door does not open, massive safety concern with three children in the back. Should the car be involved in an accident this would be a massive risk and no way of safely getting out. The dealer told me it’s a “small” issue and does not see the problem. They offered £100 to fix locally, it costs way more then that to be fixed. They were supposed to supply a warranty, this was not provided. This had to be chased. Day 14 after purchase the warranty was said to have been activated. The issues experienced conveniently don’t fall under warranty. Even though the car was delivered faulty. The tyres are torn and low in tread. They advise they replaced one with a part work tyre. It’s in awful condition. The car arrived without coolant, we had to purchase coolant to fill the tank. The mileage computer suggests that a service was not completed recently making me wonder when the last one was actually completed. The attitude of the staff is appalling. They see no issues with what they’re selling. The terms and conditions are enough to put off anyone from buying from them. They basically imply they sell dodgy cars and they know it, if you buy, don’t bother contacting them as it’s not their problem. Long and short. There’s no official way to complain, no email address. Just a measly WhatsApp. If you’re lucky you’ll receive a response. I waited and waited to post this review to give them a chance to rectify the issues to which they have not therefore have left me with no issue but to leave reviews. Do not let their shiny showroom and initial demeanour tempt you, every car sold is faulty. There’s a reason this place has bad reviews throughout wherever you look. They’re not even registered on Companies House. The owner is registered somewhere else. The whole business is dodgy. They offered a refund however want to take a lot of money off the price paid, they suggest it will take 28 days before receiving a refund. That leaves us down with no money and no car. How’s this acceptable? With no care towards their customers I strongly urge everyone reading this to steer clear. They buy their good reviews. Believe the negative reviews. Awful awful awful.
