Bought a van

I bought a van which didn’t Come with any paperwork when asked for the owner of complete car sales would contact the person who owned it but came back excuses like it’s in the loft the blokes going to do it the weekend when he’s not working and the bloke is not answering his phone to me anymore I was told he put a mot on it the day before I bought it BUT winderscreen had a crack from bottom of drivers side going all the way up through my site of vision up to corner of passenger side, two bald tyres down to wire how would you get a mot ??? And a week later it started smoking really bad so went to a few garages that didn’t want to know then went to Thanet commercial which really went to town to find the problem we’ll all the cylinders was buggered it needs a new engine or needs scrapping after letting complete car sales know they didn’t want to know I will never use this company again and will put off any one thinking of using them
