Faulty car
Don't buy from these people. Had a positive experience of the sales process, but have had several problems with the car since I purchased it; problems with brake sensors, flickering interior lights, clutch problems, unbalanced wheels (with uneven wear that was not reported as an advisory in it's MOT)... The list goes on. After sales support entirely lacking, had to fight to get the clutch looked at, and now my emails are being entirely ignored despite having reported issues within their 60 day warranty period (originally on the 22nd September, then the 18th November, and most recently the 4th of January). Interesting that Euna has found the time to reply to my Google review within 24 hours of it being edited (a reply which has since been deleted, claiming to have no record of me on their system), while emails go unanswered for months. Not impressed and would not go back to buy from them again.
