Fantastic service, Helpful and efficient

I was in the market for a newer car than the one I had, now one of the mitigating factors for my buying a car is reviewing the dealership online, when I did a thorough review of Draytons, they have a 4.9 on Google, 5 Stars on Autotrader, and those reviews were not wrong. I met Joe on the day of my viewing of the car and from that moment on he was super helpful, we went on a thorough test drive, he answered all my questions and I have to say they do look after the cars and ensure they are clean inside and out, the quality of the car and Joe's service was bar none, he sorted everything out and helped me tax the car on the collection day, super patient while I swapped my stuff from my old car to the new one. they had certainly earned the star rating and top 3 ranking on Autotrader. to top it all off they gave me a fair Part exchange price for my older model ford focus, and a lovely bottle of champers when I picked the car up as a thank you. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. I have now had the car for a week and I am super happy I choose Draytons, I highly recommend them and Joe
