I bought a car from Deepcar in January 2023. I did the transaction over the phone as I live over 100 miles from Sheffield, When I arrived the car had been prepared exactly as promised (including replacement cambelt and a full set of new tyres (more than they had promised!). They couldn't have been nicer to deal with, I drove away delighted. After a couple of weeks I noticed a problem with the electronic gearbox control, the subsequent diagnosis was an expensive repair (new mechatronic unit). After validating the problem, Deepcar honoured their dealer warranty and paid for the repair (which probably cost them more than their margin on the sale). This level of integrity is rare in the rough and tumble of the used car market. Dealers this trustworthy are rare indeed. They might be over 100 miles away but I will not hesitate to use them again and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
