Beware! Do not buy from David!

Good service at first but as they say true colours appear when there’s a problem. Paid £23,500 for a car. You would expect it not to vibrate when driving. Car was faulty. Realised this on the 200 mile journey home. Initially spent £180 and hours of my time trying to repair it using local garages myself but to no avail. (I shouldn’t need to do this but I did). Called David and explained the situation. He was no help to begin with. After a while he Reluctantly agreed to take the vehicle back on the condition that I drive it back over 200 miles at my own cost! I feel this was just a ploy to avoid taking the car back. When I refused he started to ignore me. Avoid at all costs. If your car has an issue he will not help. I have begun legal action through my solicitor. At this point it’s more a matter of principal. Buy from a main dealer instead people! Don’t be fooled by his ‘charm’. Typical salesman.
