Appalling Customer Service

My partner purchased a used Mazda MX5 in December 2022, and has since found issues with the car. He has contacted Johnsons multiple times via phone and email to have this resolved yet the Sales Manager is always too busy or not around to talk to him. We live over 170 miles away so we can't just pop in. We have also contacted Mazda head office who promised us that Johnsons would call back yet they still have not. The warranty on the car is running out and we are desperate to get this resolved and hate to leave a bad review but the customer service is absolutely sickening.
