Lewis Tait from Johnsons Seat Liverpool in Pall Mall was very attentive, thorough and professional, but we also had a couple of laughs. I have had a SEAT previously and like the comfortable drive and the seats (I need a good seat) so I went in with my short list of requirements and Lewis was very, very helpful and worked with me to find a car to fit my needs. He also let me know he wouldn't be available on one day, so introduced me to Kirsty who would take over for that day, who was also very helpful, friendly and professional.
