Great service

I bought my car a couple of months ago from Direct Motors. I have previously only preferred to deal with large dealerships directly due to having a rubbish experience with a privately owned smaller dealership a few years ago. But I have to say, Ross and the team have restored my faith! I was initially attracted to the price, but the service has gone above and beyond any previous experience. John sat with me and discussed my finance options in great depth and helped me achieve a deal I was comfortable with. The car was immaculate and after a little bump a few weeks later (my fault) they helped me get it all sorted! I recommended my father and he is just as happy as I am! I will definitely be returning when I’m due for an upgrade. Thanks again to all at Direct Motors.
