They won’t refund me

I purchased a car from here, the same day whilst I was driving back home I noticed the engine light was on and so was the service light, I contacted the dealership which told me to get the car serviced (I shouldn’t have too if I’ve just brought it, it should already be done), sometimes whilst driving I’d notice the car would jolt a little bit too the side, which isn’t normal, on day 13 I was driving to work early hours on the dual carriageway, MANY DIFFERENT LIGHTS flashing on the dashboard, the car went into limp mode and the speedometer stopped working, i Drove it back home, i called the dealership once again, they told me, it just needs servicing.. at this point I felt like the owner wasn’t listening to me! So I emailed saying I am rejecting the car and would like a refund, he then told me he would send recovery to pick the car up, fix it and return it within 4 days ( of course have to give a opportunity to fix it first) however I just wanted to reject it completely, even if it was fixed just reject the car.. I have children and would no longer feel safe driving they car.. it’s now March as I still don’t have a refund.. the car broke 28th December. Clearly faulty from day one, I’d just like a refund🤦🏻‍♀️ lesson learnt will never buy from an dealership like this ever again, I’m a mum with kids, work 2 jobs. I need a car
