Exceptional! 5 star! Best of the best!

Where do I begin complementing this absolutely amazing car dealership? If I could give it 6 stars out of 5 then I would! These folks deserve the highest awards and accolades that the car industry could give and by far raise the bars and standards of how a dealership should sell cars to its customers. I initially rang the dealership to enquire about a beautiful low mileage Diamond Silver Mercedes E-class with a rare fully loaded spec that I had not seen elsewhere and is impossible to find in the combination of options offered. As I knew the car would go quickly, I was more than happy to trust Richard with taking a refundable deposit and of course unlike other dealerships, Richard never gave me the sense that he was ever after my deposit money to would keep it and cause trouble if I changed my mind. From the second I made the enquiry, it became obvious just how utmost professional both Richard and his lovely colleague Jason were. They took all the time and trouble to answer every query I had. When they didn’t know the answer, they said they would find out and call back and they always did. I was so pleased by their polite manners and etiquette over the phone and responsiveness over email that I actually agreed to buy the car over the phone without seeing it - that was the confidence and trust they created in me towards them! But then the experience got even better! They invited me down to their lovely dealership to inspect the car with my wife. There was no rushing, no silly hard selling tactics. Plenty of time to examine the car and ensure that my wife and I were fully satisfied. The car was exactly the way Richard and Jason had described it over the phone so no nasty shocks and surprises that you get with other dealerships. I pointed out a couple of very minor points after we went for a very relaxing test drive and Richard said he would be happy to take care of them and he genuinely did. When my wife and I returned back to purchase the car, the buying experience was the best I’ve had from any car dealership ever over the past 40 years! Richard explained everything in detail and processed the payment flawlessly. Then he went through the warranty process and made sure I knew what was covered and what options I had to extend the warranty cover. Great! But the experience got even better! I was so over the moon driving the car away. But a few weeks later, I spotted another minor issue with the car. This is the real test of a dealership! I rang Richard who was nothing short of again being utmost professional in his handling. There was no excuses of backtracking like you get with other dealerships when they have your money. There was no bad attitude trying to get out of the responsibility of fixing the issues or any nonsensical explanation of why the problem was not there before the car was bought. In fact, Richard handled the call and the issues perfectly by arranging to get the car booked in and getting his local Mercedes specialist, Liam, to fix the problem. And it was all done again in a 5 star rated painless manner where I was treated with total respect, dignity and made to feel completely happy with the outcome. 6 months have now elapsed since I’ve bought the car and another small issue has cropped up. But in reaching out to Richard he has once more been delighted to hear from me and handle my call to address the problem without hesitation and the car is now booked in. I don’t normally leave long reviews and don’t normally take 6 months to write them! But if you are able to write a review nowadays 6 months after buying a used car, still feeling as happy and complementary towards the dealership as the first moment that you rang them, then they must be doing something that is truly exceptional and outstanding! I have in no way been solicited to write this review positively and everything I have written is 100% factual and genuine. So please please please have complete trust and faith in this dealership since I guarantee that in this day and age you will find no other that operates in the exemplary manner that Castle Motors in Fleet do!!!! My wife and I are truly grateful and we have zero hesitation in recommending anyone to you. In fact people will regret going elsewhere in comparison. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
