Disappointed buyer

All started promising with the volvo centre but they promised me something would be sorted that wasnt. I was told it would be there for picking i=up the car. This part wasnt there on collection, 2 weeks after it didnt arrive and so called them back. They then told me this wasnt their responsibility and it is the old seller who should sort this out. I have heard nothing since. Very disappointing. I feel I have more important things to worry about, paid £80 to sort myself and so wont be recommending or going again. I am happy with the car itself just the customer service arent to the level you expect
