I purchased a new Puegeot from Arnold Clark at this showroom and whilst the initial transaction was straightforward and one I had no complaints about the after sales by Arnold Clark has been nothing short of appalling. Prior to purchase we noticed some surface scratches on the door and front spoiler which the sales person advised would be buffed before we collected the car. Unfortunately whilst there was an improvement to the scratches when we picked up the car they were still very obvious and repeated attempts to get Arnold Clark to complete the buffing have left us 9 months later with a car still showing obvious scratches and Arnold Clark now 'washing their hands' of the issue and claiming variously that the scratches didn't exist or have been removed depending on what evidence they are presented with. In short I have found Arnold Clark Puegeot to have questionable honesty and an extremely poor attitude towards customers. I have never dealt with as shabby an outfit and would warn others to beware.
