I bought an Audi A4 2007. Advertised price was originally £10,200 - paid £9,250 assuming they did certain bodywork and a full service. They took too long to prepare the car. When I took it home it went into limp mode twice from Edinburgh to Glasgow. There was no stamp in the service book or documentation about the "full service" they promised. I took it back and asked them to sort the problem - they put it a diagnostic machine which said there was no fault. I took it to Glasgow Audi and learned for the first time about the DPF - exhaust filter. After a full service I took it to "More BHP" down in Crewe to have the DPF removed and engine tuned. Now a perfect car. I would not deal with Arnold Clark again
