IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD !!

If you ever think of buying a car from Wakefield Motor Company just DONT’. I’ve had my car just over a year. I say that I was unable to drive it for 6 months of that due to been sold a faulty and dodgy car. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it since the day I bought it. The car dealership owner was less than helpful. Took 5 months of him disputing I wasn’t covered on repairs when I bought my warranty through him; of which was an absolute useless warranty. When I first broke down (on my way back from graduation ; stuck on a dual carriageway in my graduation dress waiting to go to a celebratory meal), NO GARAGE I mean literally 15 garages would not take my car in because of who I was with Warranty Wise. Finally after 6 months of no car I got it back and still nothing but trouble. Hindsight is an annoying thing because after reading reviews on this “dealership”; I’ve discovered I ain’t the first this has happened to. Now I’m stuck with a car back in the garage AGAIN after breaking down on my way to work this morning ; still paying it off when it’s useless and unsafe to drive. This has affected me financially, physically and mentally. I’m left with a shit car, way out of pocket ££, still having to pay monthly and unable to get about day to day without having to rely on public transport. Unfortunately he will continue to make a profit and carry on selling dodgy motors. He sees a “woman” who may not know much about cars and just takes the mick. Lesson learnt but definitely getting reported to trading standards.
