Terrible experience

Our Motability went in for service Thursday morning. Motability no longer gives courtesy cars , for the day. I was given a cab service number which I could charge them for just that day. Later that day VW said my car would have to stay overnight. As taxi service had expired, I had to pay my own way. VW assured me my car would be cleaned. On collection front and rear wipers had not been changed. I requested them to be replaced as the last time my car was serviced they didn’t do them. They were in a very poor condition then. We waited around until someone could do them. Driving home I noticed the inside of the car had not been cleaned at all. I called the showroom and was met with extremely unhelpful person, basically telling me it was a complimentary cleaning so TUFF. I told her I wanted to speak to someone in charge, she said she would put in a report and I would hear from them. Monday evening I called Lookers in Battersea, only to be met with the same unrespectful attitude. Basically he seemed to think that because I am a Motability customer I don’t pay for the services like other customers do. I explained I pay weekly for the services but he refused to accept that. There is a culture of unhelpful attitude towards people and I only hope it is not just reserved for the disabled Motability customers, as that would be shameful. The only saving grace was the kindness of Jay the mechanic who eventually fitted the new wipers.
