A fantastic waste of time and resources

The customer service of this branch is shocking, if you need anything fixed trust and believe they will not only be unhelpful but also do everything in their power to waste your time. I’ve have battled with this branch since August to get a recall fixed, the first time I got it booked in by phone for December, arrived at branch at 8am from Essex and the staff said there was no record of it in their system. They rebooked it for February, I asked for a confirmation in December (since I needed to be sure this time) lo and behold as of the day before I still have nothing the day before my supposed appointment. I called up and customer service were no helpful, save your time and go elsewhere.
