Wish I had read these previous reviews first! Yet again the 3rd customer to be struck by terrible service and guess work! Took my car in to have some diagnostics done to help resolve a smokey exhaust issue. They came back with an option to replace the exhaust temp sensor even though I told them it was an injector issue? After having my car for 5 days and with no courtesy call from them on when the work would be completed they charged me nearly £450 to plug in a new sensor and guess what the issue was not resolved! I was so angry when I came to collect the car I asked for the diagnostic report which they struggled to print off and included info on another persons car? No code to say the temp sensor was faulty and I asked for the old sensor back which was checked out later and proven to be in full working order! What hurt the most was it's a part that you can buy online for £25!! The car was filthy and not valeted, plus the manager showed no compassion for the crooked service they offer customers. Just saying well we have done the work and are still cheaper than main dealer?? They even tried overcharging me by £60 on my card but I pulled them upon it! These guys will simply do anything to get a big bill from you and have no expertise or value for customers interests. I hope all people who read this take notice.
