Wow - just wow!

Bought a van from this dealership and from the first moment the communication was second to none. It was delivered to my front door and was allowed to walk around and inspect. Unfortunately there was a few things that I was slightly disappointed with and as the day went on it played on my mind more and I messaged Will with regards to this later into the evening (and this is where my recommendation kicks in) I explained to Will with regards to the scratches and dents that weren’t listed in the advert and to my amazement Will instantly took responsibly for this and explained that things could have been done a little better and organised for the van to be collected and corrected. This was his recommendation not my request. FOR ME THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I instantly got the impression that Will was on a mission to ensure that I was happy and by god am I. I’m 44 years and I’ve bought dozens of cars over the years and THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE that I’ve had from purchasing from a dealer. It’s a breath of fresh air. I simply CAN NOT RECOMMEND enough! A recomendation is not only for the initial product or service it’s where you might be a little unhappy and how that business responds to that and these guys have been upstanding and amazing. Will is an absolute gentleman, trustworthy, honest and transparent at every level. Will - thank you - you are an example for all traders and dealerships 🙏
