Great communications, quality, honesty, integrity and friendly, exactly what their mission statement says. I dealt with John senior in buying a car and John junior in finance and after sales, they deliver on all promises. Buying a car online without seeing it can be daunting but John sent a video, answered all questions and even brought the car over to Scotland on the ferry.
