unbelieveably bad company

bought a bmw x5 4.8Is. £8500, the most expensive in the country, their advery says cars are the best, whatever is needed is done. car delivered to me. day 1, air bag light on, screen washer bottle just bursts. car was very smelly, and not clean. (not a big deal, but this was not a £2k banger from gumtree) day 10 of ownership serpentine belt systems fails day 10 discover car has no oil. car was delivered freshly serviced with the heads having been off to replace gaskets. where they conveniently missed the fact that the valve stem oil seals have failed. day 22 coil packs fail. Day 60 something all coil packs fail day 61 air suspension fails. can unusable. sits outside out house hasnt moved in months. as its dangerous to drive essentially car not fit to be sold, not fit for purpose. i raise issues. i get a legal letter within minutes. do not buy anything here! please. save the heartache we are going through, as presently suing via finance company and consumer credit act for return of monies. save hassle go buy from a proper dealer, arthur daley springs to mind
