It's funny how nice people can be while they are selling you something, promising that you'll be well looked after with them and then as soon as they've got you all customer service goes out the window. For the last 3 or 4 times taking my car here I've come away disappointed, not that the work carried out was bad but the people are miserable, they can't wash and vac your car properly it's always half a job, like I may as well just do it myself if I'm going to have to go over it again anyway. How hard is it to wash a car, takes like 20 minutes. Took it in for an update on sync 3 as it had a black screen and I couldn't seem to do it, was there all day and they couldn't solve it so they said I'd have to buy a full new unit. I took it home, googled it and fixed it without 20 mins. That's how useless they are. Only bothered about upselling, the sort of place where you go to collect your car and they say they'll bring it right round only to leave you standing outside in the freezing cold for 20mins before bringing your car to you. And don't expect to be listened too by Kevin the manager cause that ain't going to happen. Just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, that's what I'm going to do and I won't be purchasing another car from Stoneacre again.
