Bad Experience

Pre ordered a brand new dacia sandero stepway from Mitchell’s Lowestoft they wanted a £500 deposit which i left on it, my job circumstances had changed & therefore could not afford this car at present this time , i phoned & emailed to let them know this hoping in the circumstances they would refund me my deposit, very disappointed with them when they said they will only refund me £250 , i just feel i need to write this review to pre-warn buyers in advance of there practices !
