Poor customer service and lack of repair

Vehicle had new turbo fitted at an independant garage, wouldnt replace the turbo even though it was faulty. Parts plus insisted vehicle had to be taken to Haynes garage for warranty. £300 to recover vehicle as not drivable. HAynes stated they carried out full inspection on vehicle, noted things that were incorrect and purly a lie. The turbo was not taken off, nor vehicle stripped to see that turbines in turbo not manufactured properly, see oil in the turbo. Haynes refused to do the work, charged £150 for a report which was useless. Vehicle back with independant garage after another £300 recovery fee. Vehicle stripped and videoed. Clearly a turbo fault. Advised Haynes that turbo will be sent away to independant garage to prove turbo fault. Advised Haynes they will be paying for recovery costs, labour to take off turbo, new turbo and labour to fit new. Disgusting customer servce, didnt do anything asked of them. When contacting, put on hold for over 30mins each time, then told someone would contact and never did. Not interested in complaints, now persuing this further.
