The Worst Experience
The Worst experience in my life is still continuing Help Please I decided to buy last year December 2022 the model Mercedes C300 / 2020 from car dealer (Big Motoring World) price £25.k First moment to leave the car dealer after the transaction, The faulting light was coming on the dashboard (engine management) I knew it was something not right from the very first moment the agent from the car dealer was saying it's nothing to worry about is normal for diesel cars when it's not in use for certain time the fault it's been fixed to the garage of the car dealer. Purpose of this purchase is for taxi (UBER) before to have two months from the moment I bought the car engine management was back again and this time with losing the power and basically undriveable I contact Mercedes Road Assistance very quick response was coming to do the diagnostic on my car and the technician said he couldn't fix the issue (limp or malfunction) and I have to go to the Mercedes service for repair. Immediately after I arrive to Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune was Friday and less likely is going to be fixed over the weekend, Monday I received the phone call to confirm my car is ready, after few hours I picked up my car the same problem was back again but this time with no light on dashboard (no fault) back again to Mercedes service explain the situation they decided to inspect again. Wednesday I contact Mercedes to find out what is the problem. They ask me to go on driving test with the technician because they don't know what is the issue no faulting light on the dashboard so was very strange. I've been out on the road with the technician to find the fault, amazing the car was like new perfect drivable no issues I accept the confusion situation and I picked up my car again from the service. I was happy to be back again on the road doing my work as taxi driver, later on the same day my car was let me down again for the same reason (no power, no fault on the board ) Very frustrating experience, next day Thursday again I sent back my car on the same service with my presence for more explanation to the member stuff to have full understanding about the situation but for this time the Mercedes technician rep was driving my car for the test, immediately after he realised the car was undriveable and have fault with no light on dashboard and unexplainable issue and require time for investigation . Friday no updates about my car, weekend off Monday I contact Mercedes service dep. for more information and hardly I get in touch with them after to let me know only Tuesday is going to be investigating my car and I'm still waiting to be fixed... It's my first experience to buy a car in finance and I'm so sad about this unpleasant experience and frustration because I don't know what to do next I still have to pay the next 5 years for this car is my only source of income taxi Mercedes after more than 10 days is still investigating the issue, considering the car it's still under the Mercedes warranty Do you think is fair ?
