I would never ever have another car from
I honestly would not get another Kia from this branch again. I have a Motorbilaty Sportsgd from then 2 years ago I contacted service department this morning to book my card in for a service. Bring a Motorbilaty car. Motorbilaty work on having you car collets and given one to use. I have had that with other cars, However this beach you have to take your car in if you want a loan car, or have a collection and do without a car. Now from other dealers. I have actually been supplied a car when the came to collect mine. THIS IS BY FAR THE FIRST DEALERSHIP TO SAY NO. One or the other. So I said my husband would drop it off. I was speaking to a very nice helpful man Now later in the day I phoned back to ask if I could change my mind and just have the car collected. When I said what I wanted. This young girls was rather rude in her reply. NOT ON A FRIDAY YOUR NOT. Was all she said but she was harsh in her tome of voice also a person who appeared to have a little power ( Omnipotent ) is the word I would use. I asked why not as I had been offered it earlier in the day. She just said not on Friday not actually answering my question using the same blunt tone of voice to which I did not get my answer. So I did say it’s got to be the worst service department I have ever used. She said do not speak to me like that. Now not many people can baffle me by science but this young lady certainly did. I was not rude in anyway at all so honestly I was lost by her comment. So I then said like what stating the truth. OMG she came back saying with rude words now I was even more baffled as I literally said what I have written, she also stated if that how I felt take it elsewhere. Wow I am a mobility customer who as lung and colon cancer. As I had the car from this. Branch and they have serviced my car last year. It’s the nearest branch to me. Now I did tell her even after she was rude. And lied about me having used rude words. As I says a Motorbilaty customer I have left it as original booking from this morning.. know doubt after my true and honest word not once did my tome of voice changed I merely spoke the truth, to a rude young women who lied. Yes actually lied. I do have a recording of our conversation. I recorded everything that I book in for anything leaving my property elsewhere. I might be Motorbilaty customer. But I still pay for my lease every month. However Motability or not. No one should speak to another person like she did or make any false accusations to anyone else. Thankfully I will keep this recording. I will also record the conversation if it should be her when my cars booked in.. So no no no no way on GODS EARYH WOULD I EVRR ISE THIS COMPANY AGAIN WITB STAFF LIKE HER. I AM DUE TO REPLACE MY CAR IM OND YEAR. NOW. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE LOOKING AT ANOTHER KIA GRON THIS BRANCH. I THANK GOD THAT I RECORED EVERYTHING THAT I BOOK IN FOR ANYTHING. I ONLY DO THIS TO PREVENT ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS ONLY. Well ‘I do have the ability to prove how I was spoken too and how rude she is. So seriously if you do not want someone to be rude to you then AVIOD this garage for CAR SERVICING. DISGUSTED DOES NOT COVER HOW I FEEK
