Adam on customer support was the nicest lad you'd hope to speak to, as was Jay the very conscientious mechanic who fixed the two issues I had under warranty. The issues (one with the speedometer and one with the suspension) hadn't been noticed up front simply because they were intermittent. This also made them harder to pin down, but they were still found and fixed at some cost to them. They even did some work on the brake servo that I hadn't even noticed! All in all excellent service.
