Awful after sales customer service

Sadly cannot give zero stars - I would not recommend this garage or its service department to anyone. When our car broke down last week, we had it taken to this garage thinking they would look after us the following day. Imagine our surprise when we received a rude phone call from the service department, telling us in no uncertain terms that we had to remove our car and they would not be diagnosing the problem. My advice is to avoid having anything to do with this garage and a member of staff called Alison in particular (see similar review below). As if it is not bad enough that your car has broken down, Alison has a personal mission to be as impolite and condescending as she can, making a miserable situation much worse. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful, obstructive and rude and should not work with people in any way.
