Very Helpful Sales Assistant

I have very recently purchased a second-hand car from Ron Brooks, Mansfield. The Sales Assistant, Sam Draycott, was very courteous, friendly and helpful. He was understanding and patient and explained all the procedures and FSA requirements. When I was unable to find a suitable car on site, he continued to search and informed me as soon as a car became available at the Ilkeston site, which is the car I purchased. At no time did he put pressure on me to buy. I have been a customer of Ron Brooks Mansfield for twenty years and certainly recommend the Company. All the staff are efficient and go out of their way to help.
